BR-12NRT rotary tube furnace is designed for the calcining inorganic compounds with better uniformity, especially excellent for preparing Li-lon battery cathode materials with a conductive coating, such as LiFePO3, LiMnNiO3, etc in the Laboratory.
Rotary Tube Furnace Features

Furnace tilt angle 0 – 30℃ variable, it’s convenient for loading and unloading material
Tube rotating Speed 3 – 7 RPM variable ( reversible), and there are 3 quartz lifting plates on the inner wall of the tube. When rotating, the material is fully turned over and evenly heated.
- 50 segments programmable PID auto control.
- double shell and air-cooled structure, furnace surface temperature below 50℃
- 304 stainless steel double sealing flange.
- Adjustable flange support structure at both ends to extend the service life of the furnace tube.
- Over-temperature protection function: when the temperature exceeds the allowed setting value automatically power off.
- Safety protection: when the furnace has an electrical leakage, power off automatically.
- Heating rate ≦20 C/ min
- Temperature control accuracy ±1℃.
- Maximum vacuum degree -0.1M Pa.
