Vacuum Atmosphere Sintering Furnace

The advanced vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace features an integrated vacuum system that initiates with chamber evacuation. The system introduces a precisely controlled mixture of high-purity gases - including nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen - through calibrated flow meters after thorough deoxidation and dehydration processes. This furnace enables various heat treatment operations, including degreasing, sintering, and annealing, all conducted under carefully controlled atmospheric conditions. The furnace can be enhanced with additional capabilities, such as a partial pressure control system, oil cooling mechanism, and comprehensive collection system, particularly beneficial during degreasing operations.

According to the heating zone length, multiple temperature zones can be controlled to ensure uniformity of the entire temperature field.
Equipped with a two-stage rotary vane mechanical pump and Roots pump unit, can quickly pump the furnace chamber vacuum, ultimate vacuum can be 7x10-1Pa.

Special gas circuit design, high purity N2 inlet into the chamber through the gas circuit after deoxidation and dewatering treatment, exhaust at the release port of chamber, thus ensuring N2 can circuit effectively.
Designed for trolley-type furnace bottom electric access, can load and unload materials outside the furnace, which is convenient for furnace maintenance.
